Healthy Dose of Goodness Smoothie

Start your day with a healthy dose of goodness!


Easy and simple, you’ll have this smoothie in no time. This smoothie is packed with nutrients and vitamins. It’s also perfect if you’re in a hurry to get to work, or just craving a fresh and healthy drink to start your day.


  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 2 small carrots
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 orange
  • 1 spoon of fresh ginger
  • 1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • juice from 1/4 lemon


Fill in  with cold water or ice mix it, blend it, shake it and drink it!


Delicious and healthy!
