For the past few weeks I was posting your weekly challenge workouts. Today is your 4th and the last holiday challenge workout for this season. This time we have a quick (only 5 exercises) cardio and core workout. This maybe challenging for some but do your best and complete the entire workout at least 3 times.

1. Lunge and kick.
2. Side jump and squat thrust.
3. Rollover and sit up.
