Quick Cardio and Core Holiday Workout!

Happy Holidays Everyone!

In few days we will be welcoming 2023! Don’t wait till the “New Year’s Resolution”! Start moving and working out today! Today is a perfect day!

For the past few weeks I was posting your weekly challenge workouts. Today is your 4th and the last holiday challenge workout for this season.  This time we have a quick (only 5 exercises) cardio and core workout. This maybe challenging for some but do your best and complete the entire workout at least 3 times.

1. Lunge and kick.

2. Side jump and squat thrust.

3. Rollover and sit up.

4. Plank jack.

5. Push-up with side opening.
