The Holidays are approaching rapidly and this delicious and healthy baked cauliflower with broccoli rabe will be perfect addition to your Thanksgiving table this year! Bon Appetit!

Ingredients:
1 large head cauliflower
2 bunches of broccoli rabe
2 tablespoons of olive oil
red onion (medium size), thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Divide the cauliflower into florets.
Cut broccoli rabe into small pieces.
Transfer the cauliflower and broccoli to a baking pan.
Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces.
Mix the vegetables with chopped onion and garlic. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix everything together and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes, uncover and bake for additional 5 -10 minutes.
Serve as your Thanksgiving side dish and enjoy!
