You don’t need to make a fancy breakfast to get your protein in the morning. Try this amazing smoothie with fruits for your next breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain kefir (you can find it in any supermarket)
-1 scoop of protein powder (I used Vegan)
-1/2 mid-size banana
-1/2 cup of berries
Directions:
Wash and rinse your fruits and cut them into pieces. Put everything in a mixer, fill in with ice, mix, and blend.
Garnish with chocolate mini chips for an extra bit of sweet flavor.
