This was a short vacation but I got to see Milan,

This was a short vacation but I got to see Milan, Venice and Lake Como. I enjoyed everything but the food was unbelievable! Everything was prepared fresh and tasted like “real home made” dishes. I had a cappuccino or two (and I don’t even drink coffee), delicious veggie soups, gelato, cheeses and of course lots of pizazz (my favorite is still margherita) yum 😋 yum 😋.

You still have time to make this delicious 😋 raspberry lemon 🍋 cheesecake!
•
Ingredients:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 cups (12 oz.) raspberries, divided
1 Tbsp. each zest and juice from 1 lemon
4 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese softened
4 eggs

Directions
•
Combine graham crumbs, 2 Tbsp. sugar and butter.
•
Press onto bottom of prepared pan and bake at 350 F for 10 min.
•
Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, remaining zest and remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
•
Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Gently stir in remaining raspberries; pour over crust.
•
Bake (
at 350 F) 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely.
•
Refrigerate 4 hours. Top with reserved raspberries and lemon zest.
•
Enjoy!

Here is your workout for this weekend!
•
This is a quick and fantastic total body strength and conditioning (a bit challenging) workout using only kettlebells. For best results perform 5 rounds with 10 repetitions of each side. Remember to do a dynamic warm prior to this workout and cool down and stretch after you complete the entire workout. Lets' do this!
1. Burpees
2. Goblet Squat
3. Single arm row
4. Alternate leg step back and lunge
5. Push-ups
6. Single leg dead lift 7. Overhead pullover
