2 tablespoons Ginger Roots
2 tablespoons Honey
Fresh mint if desired
Shred, chop or grind the ginger (around 2 tablespoons).
Slice fresh lemon into small pieces.
Place the ginger in a tea pot. Pour boiling water, cover and steep for a few minutes.
Add lemon, honey, gently mix and enjoy with fresh mint leaves if desired.
