Sunday Brunch with Friends

Our lives are so busy with work and other activities, but it is very important to make time for your friends. Share a meal and enjoy each others company. I am glad that Kristen and Vinny visited, and I very much enjoyed cooking brunch with Kristen.

Here is the brunch menu: Ricotta blueberry pancakes served with warm maple syrup, smoked salmon and cream cheeses frittata, fresh fruit salad (blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry), multi-grain toast with cream cheese and smoked salmon with chives, hot tea and delicious mimosa.

Smoked salmon and cream cheese frittata…simply outstanding. The smoked salmon added an extra layer of flavor to the dish and made it irresistible.

The blueberry ricotta pancakes were outstanding, especially when served with warm maple syrup and a side of fresh fruit.

I had leftover smoked salmon and decided at the last minute to make these mini toasts. They would be perfect as a snack or served for breakfast.

I love having fresh flowers on my table. They always make me smile.

A nice table setup, fresh flowers, simple dishes, delicious and colorful food, and most importantly, great company!
