1. Oatmeal with apples, pecans, kiwi and chia seeds
–1/2 cup of dry old fashioned rolled oats (whole grain)
-1/2 cup of chopped apple
-1 spoon of chopped pecans
-1 spoon of chia seeds
-1 kiwi
Cook the oats with chopped apple and nuts for a few minutes and serve with chopped kiwi.

2. Kefir banana protein powder raspberries smoothies
-1 cup plain kefir (you can find in any supermarket)
-1 scoop of protein powder (I used Vegan)
-1/2 mid-size banana
-1/2 cup of berries
-fill in with ice, mix, blend garnish with chocolate mini chips for extra splurge and enjoy.

3. Omelette with spinach, Mexican style cheddar jack cheese, toast with avocado and cherry tomatoes
-2 whole large size eggs
-1 cup of spinach
-1 spoon of cheddar jack cheese
-1/2 cup avocado
-1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
-1 slice of multigrain toast,
Mix eggs with spinach, add cheese and cook on frying pan. Serve with a side of toast with sliced avocado and cherry tomatoes

4. Multigrain toast with avocado, scrambled eggs, tomatoes and chives
-2 slices of multigrain toast
-2 whole scrambled eggs
-1/2 cup avocado

Toast multi-grain bread add smashed avocado and top with scrambled eggs with tomatoes, chives and season with salt and pepper

5. Multigrain bread toasted with goat cheese and sprinkled with pecans and drizzled with honey and for extra taste decorated with thyme
–2 slices of multigrain bread
-1 oz of goat cheese
-1 spoon of chopped pecans
-1 spoon of honey (optional)
Mix the cheese and place on top of bread, put into a toast-oven and toast for a few minutes. Before serving drizzle with nuts and sprinkle with thyme, adding thyme to this food will create unbelievable taste. You can serve this meal as a party snack (it’s delicious).
