Go Green Smoothie

Start your Sunday with a blast of calcium, magnesium, Vitamin A, C, K and Iron. IMG_8214

No supplement ever tasted this good: spinach, parsley, apple, carrot and chia seeds smoothie. Add chia seeds to your diet whenever possible. They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, which help to raise HDL cholesterol (the good cholesterol that helps protect against heart attack and stroke). Bon Appetite!

1 Cup of baby leaves spinach

1 cup of parsley

1 medium size apple

1 cup of carrots

1/2 medium size banana

1/2 cup of sugar reduced orange juice

1 spoon of chia seeds

Fill in  with cold water or ice mix it, blend it, shake it and drink it!
