1 Cup of baby leaves spinach
1 cup of parsley
1 medium size apple
1 cup of carrots
1/2 medium size banana
1/2 cup of sugar reduced orange juice
1 spoon of chia seeds
Fill in with cold water or ice mix it, blend it, shake it and drink it!
