This is a quick and fantastic total body strength and conditioning workout using only kettlebells. For best results perform 5 rounds with 10 repetitions of each side. Remember to do a dynamic warm up prior to this workout and cool down and stretch after you complete the entire workout. Lets do this!
1. Burpees
2. Goblet squat
3. Single arm row
4. Alternate leg step back and lunge
5. Push-ups
6. Single leg dead lift
7. Overhead pullover
