Kettlebell Total Body Workout

This is a total body strength and conditioning workout for anyone who has a basic understanding of movement and has used kettlebells before. You can substitute kettlebells for dumbbells and get the same results. Make sure to warm up and cool down after you complete 3 rounds of 10 repetitions of each exercise. Let’s do this!


1.Single Arm Swing

2. Single Leg Dead-lift (balance)

3. Squat and Press Overhead

4. Single Arm Row

5. Single Arm Chest Press

6. Sit Up and Press Overhead
