I love a spontaneous Sunday brunch with friends. This weekend we were all able to take time out of our busy schedules and come together to share some laughs and stories over a wonderful meal. Thank you everyone for such an amazing day.
We started out with chocolate pancakes made with a pancake mix from Stonewall Kitchen. We added to the pancake recipe a handful of cocoa powder with syrup and served with a side of fresh berries.
Robin and Ana made these delicious pancakes. They were fantastic, I just had to have two!
You know you can’t have brunch without champagne, Mimosas are a must.
Next we served vegetables and eggs frittata drizzled with goat cheese and served with a side of watercress salad.

Gail and Meagan were making sure that the frittata was well done and delicious.
Next we had chocolate-orange marble cake. Perfect for anyone who has a sweet tooth.
James was helping Susan to decorate the cake.
Of course our event would not be complete without chocolate dipped strawberries.
Lina, thank you for making them so pretty :).
