No Equipment? No Problem! Workout

Sometimes when you are traveling its hard to workout, especially when you don’t have any equipment with you.  I prepared this workout for those who still want to stay in shape while on vacation or a business trip.  For best results perform 3 rounds with 10 repetitions of each exercise. 2. Side Step and Squat

3. Squat Thrust

4. Alternate Leg Balance

5. Plank with Side Openings

6. Single Leg Bridge

7. Plank with leg extension

8. Opposite Leg and Arm up and down
