Holiday Challenge – Workout Week 1

This is your 1st of the 4-week Holiday Challenge Workout. You need: small band, step, and one dumbbell. You have only 8 exercises.  For best results perform 5 rounds with 10 repetitions of each exercise. Ready! Let’s go people! Let’s do this!

1. Small band around ankles with dumbbell in front and squat.
