Challenge yourself with this total body strength and conditioning workout. You need a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells. Do a quick warm up and get ready for a fantastic workout. You have 8 exercises with 10-20 repetitions of each. For best results do the entire workout 3-5 time. Let’s do this!
