1. Squat with medicine ball and extend forward
2. Roll medicine ball to the side and perform push-ups
3. Alternate leg step back, lunge and lift medicine ball overhead
4. Mountain climbing with palms on medicine ball
5. Single leg balance with medicine ball up to chest
6. Wood chop from up to bottom
7. Roll ups with medicine ball overhead
8. Russian twist with medicine ball from side to side
